Products are manufactured in ISO 9002 facilities, and
some of our products or components are UL, CCC and CE
approved.
- Test Types
Huayin untertakes different testing procedures for different
parts of products. Normally the following tests are basically
fulfilled, while some special tests do occur for special
applications.
Static loading test on bed frame¡¡and boards.
Strength test on welding parts and fabric links.
Static/ Dynamic/ Endurance/Cold-resistance load test on
bed castor.
Noise test on motor.

Dust test
- Test Procedures
Huayin tests materials and components before production,
to ensure that they are reliable, and relevant tests do
not stop during production. Random checking is conduted
to ensure products are in good quality. Also finished
products are checked strictly before and after they are
packed for delivered.
Each production line is overlooked by a number of 15 QC
staff and one supervisor. Supervisor carries out quality
check on products randomly. As each team has its own number,
staff can easily locate the specific production line once
problem occurs.
